Another awesome read from Mickey Miller. I do love the boys from Blackwell!!!!

In this lovely addition to the series, we have Liam (Sebastian’s brother) and Haley. Well, Haley is hell in heels, bossy and bitchy but she pushes Liam’s buttons to the point where he ends up helping her with her broken down car. While he’s not happy about it, they do get a little frisky when they go to retrieve it. He tries to push her away but there is just something about her that makes him not do it.

She’s just going through Blackwell on her way to her sister’s wedding, which she is dreading given her recent split from her bf (who’s an a$$ by the way). She comes up with a hair brained idea to drag Liam along as a fake boyfriend for the event. It’s just a week, right? Liam thinks it’s a dumb idea but agree’s with it anyway so he can get away from Blackwell for a bit.

One things leads to another and the the fake relationship starts to become real between the two but there is one really big, ugly problem waiting in the wings for them. So as not to spoil it, let’s just the the bride and Liam have some history. Neither spill the beans at the beginning but given the nasty relationship between Haley and her sister… as well as Haley’s ex is bff with sister’s new hubby, things get super sticky… super quick.

The nasty sister takes things in her own hands that threaten Liam and Haley’s happiness and path to HEA; and boy does she do it in a grand way. I really dislike/hate people like Haley’s sister. Live and let live I say. All the dirty laundry has been aired so all Haley’s family knows what’s up and Liam is shamed and pushed away… again the sister is an a$$.

Liam thinks all is lost and Haley is mad at the world, but there is just something that keeps pushing Haley’s thoughts back to Liam. In the end, she heads back to Blackwell to follow her dreams as well as the man she loves. They get the HEA and we get a great ending to the story.

Thanks again Mickey for the great read!!! I hope that there is more coming from the Blackwell guys in the future 🙂
